TRYOUT PREP CLASS

  • Motions – Develop proper cheerleading motions through focused practice on sharp arm placement, strong body control, and clean technique to perform with confidence at tryouts.
  • Jumps – Improve cheerleading jumps by refining technique, increasing flexibility, and building power to achieve greater height, clean form, and consistent execution.
  • Cheers – Practice cheers and chants with an emphasis on strong voice projection, sharp motions, precise timing, and confident performance to stand out at tryouts.

CHEER EXPERIENCE

Are you ready to jump into the world of cheer? Our Cheer Experience Class is the perfect way to try out all that cheer has to offer—without a long-term commitment!


Over the course of 8 weeks, athletes will learn:

  • Cheer Motions and Dance
  • Tumbling and Jumps
  • Intro-Level Stunting and Teamwork
  • Perform a Short Routine to Music


This is an exciting opportunity for new athletes to build skills, gain confidence, and see what cheer is all about in a fun and supportive environment.

TUMBLE CLASSES

Tumbling Classes at Premier Athletics provide a dynamic mix of skill-building, personal development, and supportive coaching that boosts both ability and confidence in every child. These classes lay a strong foundation for cheerleading, whether it’s all-star cheerleading, school cheerleading, or club cheerleading.

FLYER FLEX CLASS

Join our Flyer Flex class at Premier Athletics! Designed for flyers and non-flyers alike, this 60-minute class focuses on improving flexibility by teaching proper stretching techniques. STUNT CLASS

Length: 60 mins

Ages: 6 years old and up


This class focuses on drills, exercises, and hands-on stunting practice. Instruction includes building strength, flexibility, fundamental basing & flying techniques, and training for advanced stunts.
