Kelley Carr
Kelley Carr joined the Premier Athletics family after relocating from Ohio in 2013. She established North Coast All Star Cheer and Dance, Inc. in Berea, Ohio in 1998. During her time there she managed the coaching staff, tumbling class instruction, designed curriculum, planning travel, as well as, was the head coach of a number of teams ranging from level 1-5. Currently, Kelley is a USASF Credentialing Instructor and the Tennessee State USASF Representative. She is a USASF certified legality and safety judge and panel judges for a number of events throughout the United States. Kelley is credentialed levels 1-5, CPR and certified through the Special Olympic course for coaching cheerleading, First Aid & CPR certified, and has completed Concussion training. Kelley is a middle school English Language Arts teacher with a master’s degree in Special Education.
